Monday Morning Encouragement
Leaders are Readers
I know, I know. Reading can feel like homework. But a small, steady habit might be worth your time. A widely reported 2009 study from Mindlab International at the University of Sussex found that six minutes of reading lowered stress markers more than a walk or listening to music. It is one study, so take it as a nudge, not a promise.
This week, skip the reports, policies, and manuals. Pick something you actually want to read and give it six minutes a day. It might be the first small step into something bigger.
